Senior Project Manager

For more than two decades, Orange Logic has empowered a wide range of clients with its digital asset management system, Orange Logic Platform. We’ve worked with almost every industry, from Finance to NGOs, Media giants to educational institutions, securing and organizing their assets. The Senior Project Manager I plans, establishes, and manages software implementation projects (with a focus on Phase 1 implementations) and serves as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.

What you can expect in your role:

• Primarily manages Phase 1 implementations (with some later-phase SOWs) to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
• Accurately identifies and escalates project risks appropriately.
• Drafts change requests, as needed.
• Ensures a customer's successful transition to Customer Success upon project completion.
• Provides recommendations to improve the Phase 1 process.

You are:

• Obtained a bachelor's degree
• 5+ years' experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise software implementations.
• Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
• Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
• Expert knowledge of and experience with Digital Asset Management systems, preferred.
• Proficient with G-Suite or related software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Technically curious and eager to understand how complex systems work.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
