Our client is a growing email marketing agency based in the US, specializing in creating high-performing email campaigns for businesses of all sizes. They focus on delivering top-notch strategy, design, and execution to maximize client engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for various marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, social media graphics, and web assets.
• Develop visually engaging and conversion-focused email templates.
• Work closely with the marketing and copywriting teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality deliverables.
• Create wireframes and mockups for new design concepts and layouts.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, email marketing best practices, and UI/UX principles.
• Optimize existing designs to improve engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design assets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
• Strong portfolio showcasing versatility in digital design, including email templates, website visuals, and branding assets.
• Understanding of email marketing best practices and responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and web design is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
