This is where you come in. Pepper is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to lead growth, engagement and retention on our highly active customer channels including Email, SMS and Loyalty. This high impact role will be responsible for increasing customer engagement, traffic to site, converting and reactivating subscribers — ultimately driving revenue and profitability.

  • Email & SMS Marketing Strategy & Implementation: Develop comprehensive and effective CRM programs, automations and campaigns to drive business objectives
  • Campaign Planning & Content Development: Own CRM calendar and collaborate with Brand Marketing and Creative teams to develop engaging, cohesive content
  • Lifecycle Automations: Optimize and A/B test customer lifecycle flows to continuously maximize revenue and engagement opportunities
  • Analytics & Reporting: Report on performance of programs and campaigns and deliver actionable insights through your analysis
  • Customer Insights & Strategy: Utilize advanced data analytics to identify customer insights, trends, and opportunities for improving customer retention and loyalty. Turn transactional data into meaningful customer cohorts (e.g. RFM tiers, personas, lifecycle stages, etc.) into strategies that accelerate the growth of LTV
  • Loyalty Program Management: Help support execution and expansion of Loyalty program and contribute to strategic initiatives
  • Technology & Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with account representatives to ensure we are taking advantage of all available features and capabilities

RequirementsThe perfect fit.

  • Passionate about Pepper's mission to redefine body standards
  • 3+ years of Email, Lifecycle or CRM Marketing experience at a fast-growing ecommerce company with high SKU count
  • Experienced with Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding and ownership of CRM KPIs
  • Data-driven, performance mindset with ability to proactively present risks, opportunities and solutions
  • Customer obsessed curious for how to solve our customers' problems through content
  • Goal-oriented, cool under pressure and strives for continuous improvement
  • Thrives in fast-paced startup environments and comfortable rolling up sleeves
  • Strong organizational, communication and project management skills
