Customer Service Specialist

Robert Half is seeking a remote worker in the Pacific or Mountain time zone to work remotely for an East Coast based company! Your role will be a Customer Service representative for e-commerce sales. This is an excellent option for a polished customer service professional!

*Hours: 9AM-5PM (Mountain time) / 8 -4PM (Pacific Time)

We are looking for individuals with experience providing customer service for ecommerce companies that sell products.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, live chat, social media, and phone.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, exchanges, and other service-related concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Work cross-functionally with logistics, warehouse, and product teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
• Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
