As part of our design team, you will be responsible for creating dynamic visual concepts, detailed style frames, and graphic assets that lay the foundation for brand stories across digital, video, and interactive platforms. It plays a central role in our company and how we build our product. What you'll do We’re looking for a Visual Designer to bring this mindset to all our growth, marketing and sales initiatives. You'll help us take our growth to the next level and work closely alongside our founders, our product designer Mitchell and our marketer Kate in bringing Plain to more people.

*   Define and shape our visual identity across our web presence, marketing channels, and product.
*   Work closely with our marketer, Kate, in shipping – and iterating on – all our marketing initiatives big and small. This means executing to a high standard across everything from Framer websites to sales collateral, social media assets and email campaigns.
*   Help us come up with creative ways to reach our audience. We’d expect you to not just help us ship quickly at a high quality bar, but help us figure out what we do in the first place.
